An easy and quick protein filled salad with plenty of fibre

Ingredients

  • 1 tin Mixed Beans in tomato sauce
  • 120g Mixed Leaf Salad
  • 80g Broccoli Florets
  • 1 Med Avocado
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare your mixed Leaf Salad
  2. Steam or Boil Broccoli Florets until al dente
  3. Cook your tin of Mixed Beans in tomato sauce in a hot saucepan for 4-6 minutes until cooked, add spices and hot sauce as required.
  4. Dice your Avocado into cubes
  5. Add all ingredients to a large enough bowl
  6. Enjoy
